Who Can and Cannot Use PQ® Intellectual Property?

(How can you know if your coach is authorized to use the program and its materials or terminology?

Active PQ Coaches:  An active PQ Coach member has an active subscription (monthly or annually) to the PQ Coach membership.

 

If they terminate their membership, permission to use the PQ IP will also be terminated. PQ IP is reserved for active PQ Coach program members only.

Inactive or Non-PQ Coaches:  Teachers must inform the group that POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®  has not trained them, and they only give their opinions of what the book says. Teachers may not purport to train students to use the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Operating System or be a PQ Coach.

Teachers may not brand courses as Positive Intelligence, PQ, and/or PQ Coach course content unless they are active members of the PQ Coach program.

 

POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® recognizes that anyone may read and learn from the Positive Intelligence book; however, when the book is used as a teaching tool in a group setting:
