Do Not Sell [or Track] My Data

Do Not Sell My Data (DNS) is a privacy preference option that users can select in PFS&E's Website by clicking on the Do Not Sell link that displays in a pop-up box located in our Website footer, which appears on every Website page. Even though the link reads, "Do Not Sell My Data," clicking on this link allows users to opt-out of all tracking cookies and data collection within the scope of our control - please see below for more information. We offer this option in addition to the Cookie Settings link, which pops up when accessing our Site, appears on every page on our Site, and can be amended at any time. a. Information Collected Automatically (through the Website)

The information you share with us and others is controlled mainly by the privacy settings you have agreed to as established by those sites.

Payment-Related Data

We do not currently store, handle or access any payment-related data other than described as follows. While PFS&E is exploring offering multiple forms of electronic payment or offering our own, direct, and secure payment options, we currently use PayPal, a Level 1 PCI-compliant, third-party vendor to process credit card, debit card, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments to our company. We may collect some limited data and related information, such as your email address and transaction history. In addition, PayPal may provide us with limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they have stored, your credit card type, card expiration date, and last four digits of the card number, as well as the IP address and VAT number, where applicable. PayPal is solely responsible for the personal data they collect, and our company and customers are bound by the data processing agreements PayPal has in place.

If you choose to pay by invoice, we may need to collect from you (and transfer) additional information, such as your company name, Employment Identification Number (EIN) or other registration numbers, and phone number, to send you invoices and track accordingly. If you want to use other forms of electronic payment, please contact us in advance to make sure we can accept the payment, the vendor's process, and other steps needed to ensure a smooth transaction. If you choose to pay by cash, we can only accept cash when services are provided, also known as the Point of Service. A receipt for the services will be provided on request when payment is made via electronic notification acknowledging the payment. Only similar data to that collected for acceptance of payment by check will be collected for cash payment. PFS&E will not accept payment in cash for amounts greater than $1,000.00 at one time as a standard financial practice.

Children's Privacy

Under Age 13

Our Website is not set up for, marketed to, or directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 on our Site without verifiable parental consent. If we learn a child under the age of 13 submitted personally identifiable information (PII) online without parental consent. In that case, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and not use their data for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the child's safety or others as required or allowed by law). Under Age 18

While our Website is not set up for, marketed to, or directed toward minors 13 years of age but under age 18, we do not knowingly collect personal information from them on our Site. It is important to note that while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of their personal information, or your personal information, does not ensure the complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems, as noted in our Cookie Settings policy.

Customer Access

If you use an email address to access the Services and that email address was provided by an organization, such as an employer or school, that organization can request information about your Account as well as, if that organization is a Customer, ask us to move your Account to that organization's Team Workspace, in which case you will become a Team Member, if applicable. The organization may then apply its own policies to your use of the Services and control, administer, suspend and delete access to, as well as downgrade your Account. Please see the Terms for more information on what happens when you use an email address provided by an organization to access the Services. If you would like to avoid this type of disclosure, you should register an Account with your own private email address.

Your California Privacy Rights

Since PFS&E provides consulting and coaching services nationwide, it is possible that we could provide products or services in the State of California. In the event we provide services in California, USA, residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us information about the customer information we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we have shared such information once per calendar year. We do not currently share the personal information of California residents, or any residents of any State, with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
